As we are a not for profit organisation we do not pay dividends to any share holders meaning that any profits that we make are reinvested in to community programmes designed to help people gain access to the resources they need for Employment, sustainability and well-being.

Spacious Place focuses on three key areas, Financial Poverty, Fuel Poverty and Digital Inclusion, by tackling these three major issues we can provide people with security, warmth, a sense of belonging and improved health and wellbeing.

Through our parent company Spacious Place Contact, we support vulnerable individuals from a point of crisis, back into supported employment. Working with individuals who may not have been provided with the same opportunities as others with more stable lifestyles, our aim is to open the door of opportunity into employment, financial stability and personal well-being. We address immediate need, understanding how difficult it is to consider stable employment if there is nowhere to call home, if family members need food or if circumstances have become too difficult to manage alone.

Individuals have the opportunity to engage with Spacious Place, from a point of initial introduction, taking planned and purposeful steps into a future of stability. We are interested in future aspirations, not just immediate circumstances. Bringing together the experience and expertise of Spacious Place and other local business’ to offer practical assistance, personal support and real work opportunities, individuals are provided with a clear progressive pathway.
